With a short note on what brings you.
Most people have had the appointment that ended before the thing they came about got mentioned. Longer consultations are not a luxury here; they are the only way to take a history properly.

AYA Doctors Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15123012, incorporated in September 2023, with its registered office at 150 Hermit Road, London E16 4EW. Care is provided by doctors registered with the General Medical Council holding a current licence to practise, under [GMC REFERENCE NUMBER], and where we carry on a regulated activity we are registered with the Care Quality Commission under [CQC PROVIDER ID].
We do not provide NHS services; fees are payable by you or your insurer. Nothing on this website is medical advice and reading it does not make you a patient. No prescription or sick note is issued without a consultation. And this is not an emergency or out-of-hours service — call 999 in an emergency, NHS 111 for urgent advice when we are closed, and the Samaritans on 116 123 for crisis support. Your records are special category data under UK GDPR.
No. This is a private practice and fees are payable by you or your insurer. For some things the NHS is genuinely the better route, and we will tell you when that applies rather than taking the appointment.
No. A sick note follows a consultation and a clinical view, and we will decline where it is not justified. Any service issuing them without seeing you should concern you.
Where we carry on a regulated activity in England, yes — registration is a legal requirement and our provider details and inspection reports are on the CQC website. Check any private clinic there.
Several weeks. Some courses need multiple doses spaced apart, so a fortnight before departure limits what we can complete. Earlier is genuinely better.
No, and messages are not monitored out of hours. Call 999 in an emergency, NHS 111 for urgent advice when we are closed, and 116 123 for the Samaritans.
Only where it is clinically appropriate after a consultation, and controlled drugs carry further limits we follow strictly. We would rather lose the fee than issue a prescription we cannot justify.
